Comments: A deciduous shrub growing to 15' or more. Flowers open in May/June, creamy white, 2-4" across, held on slender stalks. Fruit is a blue-black drupe, borne in drooping clusters. Leaves are shiny glossy green. Reddish crimson fall color may occur during good years. A much prettier plant than the species, with handsome, disease free foliage.
