This deciduous shrub is a rare and unusual plant that can grow 5' high and 10' wide in a weeping form. Due to the unique growth habit, it can be trained to grow on a trellis. Fragrant lavender-purple flowers appear in May abundantly covering delicate branches. Excellent addition as a specimen plant, foundation planting or along a fence structure.
