Comments: This deciduous shrub has a dense growth habit, maturing to about 3' tall and wide. Stems are lustrous dark purple and sharply angled. Dark, bluish green leaves are attractive in summer, changing to yellow in the fall. Flowers occur in June, pink in bud, opening white and arranged in 3" diameter heads. A good plant in the small shrub border. Plant in full sun to light shade in moist, well-drained soil.
