Comments: A handsome, finely textured, deciduous shrub often compared to the dissected forms of Japanese maple. Pinnately compound leaflets are deeply cut and lacy in appearance. The entire leaf will range from 4-22" in length. Flowers and fruits are typical of the species being yellowish white, 5-8" across in June and followed by 1/4" wide, shiny black berries.
