Comments: A hybrid cross of two large, deciduous trees, the first a native while the second is from Europe. It will probably reach between 30' and 50' with nearly equal spread and develop a massive trunk and broad open crown. Habit will be conical while young but rounded at maturity. Fall color will probably be yellowish. Both parents are impressive and inspiring in the landscape. Useful as a large shade or specimen tree. Plant in full sun in moist, well-drained soil.
