Comments:
A narrow, pyramidal, deciduous tree when young, that can reach 50' high and 25' wide. It’s very narrow growth habit can develop into a broad-spreading oval habit with strong, wide crotch angles. Dark, lustrous green leaves. An excellent shade tree for the backyard if given plenty of room. J. Frank Schmidt & Son Nursery introduction.
