Comments: A natural hybrid of Pinus wallichiana and Pinus strobus that occurred on the Count von Schwerin estate near Berlin in 1931. This is possible because both are 5-needle pines (needles occur in bundles of 5). Habit is similar to Pinus wallichiana but the crown spread is wider.
