.
Common name: Greg's Variegated Scots pine
Family: Pinaceae (pine family)
Distribution: Species native to Europe and Asia

Comments: An upright evergreen tree that is somewhat compact in habit, 10-15' tall and wide. Needles strongly twisted in bundles of 2 and show a creamy white variegation that is most evident late in the season. Originated from The Kate Brook Nursery in Vermont around 1986. Foliage has a tendency to revert to the standard green color. An intriguing accent tree for its unusual needle color.
