Comments: An extremely dwarf, bun-shaped version of the eastern white pine, growing to only 2-3' tall by 5' wide. Needles are 2-3" long, blue-green year-round. Young stems gray green, fine textured and flexible. No cones have been reported on this dwarf form. Originated from a witches'-broom found on The Hershey Estate in Pennsylvania by the late dwarf conifer expert, Humphrey Welch. Useful for small gardens.
