Comments: A somewhat vigorous dwarf conifer shrub that forms a globose plant with age; about 3' tall and wide in 12 years. Needles are 2-3" long, thin, soft-textured, and persist for three years. Branches are thin and crowded. Foliage retains an excellent blue-green color throughout winter. Introduced from a witches'-broom found in the wild. Excellent plant for rock garden or conifer bed.
