A dwarf, conical evergreen shrub, 6' tall by 5' wide in 20 years. Needles are short and curve forward on stiff branches. Young stems greenish brown later changing to gray-brown on older wood. No cones have been reported on this cultivar. Makes an interesting, layered plant with age, often used in Bonsai arrangements.
