Comments: A semi-dwarf evergreen tree 15-20' tall. Needles grouped in bundles of 5, stiff, curved forward, 2" long and persist for 3 years. Winter color is bluish green with noticeable white, stomatal bands underneath. Gray to black cones are egg-shaped, terminally produced, 2-4" long and persist for several years. Unique for corky bark that develops on older stems.
