Comments: A compact, evergreen shrub forming a mounded shape to only 2-3' tall and wide. Young leaves take on beautiful shades of bronze-red to reddish green. As leaves mature, they appear lustrous dark green and maintain this color throughout summer. Flowers open in early spring (March/April) as pendulous racemes of white, urn-shaped florets, 3-6" long.
