Comments: Introduced from Europe in 1978, a slow-growing, conical evergreen tree to 15' tall. This selection is noted for its unusually striking red-tipped new growth that creates a unique contrast for several weeks in the spring. Needles eventually darken to green, 1/2" long, 4 sided with a radial pattern.
