Comments:
A very early-blooming (February-March) deciduous shrub growing 10-15' tall and wide. Its habit is vase-shaped with upright growth. Flowers are yellow, fragrant, 1/2-1" wide with strap-like petals. Leaves are dark green in summer with yellow-orange fall color. Use in the shrub border.
