Comments:
There is no finer specimen than a well-grown European beech. Beautiful bright green leaves in summer, lovely smooth gray, wrinkled bark on older trees. This selection varies in form having twisted trunk and branches. Usually forms a wide-spreading, 10-15' tall and wider mound. Fall color is golden bronze. In winter twisted branches make a wonderful accent.
