Comments: This shrub is valued for heavily produced, large fluffy flower heads that resemble a puff of smoke and mature to a rich brownish pink in June. Also attractive are its dense branching habit and medium green to bluish-green summer foliage. Leaves are oval and display excellent yellow to orange fall coloration. Fruit is a small, dry drupe that is sparsely produced. Use as a large accent or background plant.
