Comments: A deciduous, dieback shrub in central Ohio, growing 3-4' tall and wide in a single season. It has graceful arching stems. Light violet flowers occur in small, dense clusters in June. The fruit is the real show however, being small and colored lavender to violet-purple, lasting into winter. This selection has more profuse, darker colored fruit. Useful as a specimen or in the shrub or perennial border.
