Comments: An broadleaved evergreen shrub with a slow growth rate. Good for edging and as a hedge plant. reaching only 15" tall and somewhat wider in 25 years. Leaves are small, upper surfaces are medium yellow-green to dark green, smooth and glossy. Flowers open in late winter to early spring (March/April) as tiny creamy white clusters. It is relatively disease and pest free and rabbits and deer will not trouble this plant. A great little companion for rhododendrons or other broadleaf evergreens.
