Comments: A little-known selection of common boxwood forming a 4-5' tall and wide shrub after several years. Leaves are densely crowded against the twiggy branches, glossy dark green in summer taking on a variable winter color depending upon exposure. Flowers are off-white, fragrant, opening in spring (March/April). Resistant to deer and rabbit browsing. Boxwoods make fine specimens or can be used effectively in screens and hedges.
