Comments: A spreading, evergreen shrub that at 30 years old could be 9' tall and wide. Doubtful will reach this size in central Ohio. Off-white flowers are tiny, fragrant and attractive to bees as they open in spring (March/April). Glossy leaves are medium-green in color. Winter foliage varies with exposure, from dark green to bronze yellow-green. Resistant to deer and rabbit browsing. Use as a specimen or in a mass.
