Comments: A broadleaf evergreen shrub with a conical habit. Growth can be 7' tall and 8' wide after 25 years, though size may vary in central Ohio. Off-white flowers are tiny, fragrant and attractive to bees as they open in spring (March/April). Glossy leaves are medium-green in color. Winter foliage varies with exposure from dark green to bronze yellow-green. Resistant to deer and rabbit browsing. Use as a specimen or in a mass.
