Comments: A broadleaf evergreen shrub with a single trunk and multiple branching forming a near perfect sphere 4' tall and wide. Leaves are small, glossy dark green and densely arranged around the stems. Flowers are inconspicuous yellow-white clusters but are exceedingly fragrant. Little-known commercially, but has excellent hardiness and landscape durability, making it one of the best boxwoods for colder climates. Free from rabbit and deer depredation and resists most insects and diseases.
