Comments:
A medium-sized, deciduous, fast-growing tree with a tall, straight trunk and an open, rounded crown and pendulous branch tips. Flowers appear in late winter, early spring as yellowish, drooping, narrow cylindrical catkins. Summer foliage is glossy dark green; fall color usually absent.
