Comments: Aka omote fullmoon maple is a beautiful cultivar that was introduced in Japan in 1988. It grows up to 8-10 ft. after 15 years. The new rounded leaves emerge red and retain their color through spring, then change to dark emerald in summer. Sun will bring out the more reddish shades of the foliage. The fall color is bright orange and red.
