Comments:
A Knap Hill azalea of long-term cultivation developed in England before 1900. This vigorous and hardy performer grows up to 5-10' tall and wide with dark green summer foliage, 2-4" long. Fall color is usually yellow, but occasionally takes on reds and purples. Flowers arrive in May as dark red clusters, 3" wide with orange blotches inside.
