Comments: A medium to large deciduous tree growing 40-60' high and up to 40' wide. In youth this tree is conical in shape but develops an oval crown with age. Leaves are 5" long and narrow. Fall color is yellow-brown. This oak is reported as more easily transplanted than other oaks. Use as a street or shade tree or in a large lawn.
