Comments: A spreading, deciduous tree, 20-30' high with equal spread. Heavily textured dark green leaves set off the 2" wide, four white flower bracts that can persist for several weeks. Fruits are red, pulpy berries 1-2" across. Fall color can be dark purple to orange-red. Upon maturity, the mottled gray-brown bark is very attractive. Best used as a specimen or accent plant.
